We accept Paypal, money orders and personal checks (US funds). We accept the following
credit cards: MasterCard, VISA, American Express and Discover. Your credit card
transaction is encrypted and secured by Verisign, an industry leader in secure transaction
processing. We collect tax on orders shipped to Ohio addresses.

Backorders
Occasionally an item is not available at the time you place your order. The backordered
item will be shipped separately as soon as it becomes available via Standard shipping
service (USPS) at no extra cost.
U.S. Shipping Information
Orders usually ship within 1 - 4 business days from the date the order was placed.
All items are shipped by the U.S. Postal Service and includes delivery confirmation.
You can expedite the delivery time of your order by selecting Priority Mail or Overnight
Mail services. Once shipped, Priority Mail usually takes 2-3 days to arrive. However,
this is not a guaranteed timeframe by the Post Office. Overnight Mail is guaranteed
to arrive in 1 day to the majority of US locations, and in 2 days to some remote

Canada Shipping Information
We ship to Canada. Orders must be paid for in US $ by credit card, PayPal or money
order. All orders are shipped via U.S. Postal Service for the Standard Shipping
rate of $3. All orders are shipped via U.S. Postal Service standard mail. Delivery
time will vary depending on your location, but usually takes 10 - 12 days. You may
incur additional customs fees by the Canadian Government for orders shipped to you.
Cancellation Policy
We will issue a full refund if you cancel your order before the order ships, usually
within 1 day of placing your order. To cancel your order, please call us at 1-800-921-0139.
Return Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with the charm you ordered for any reason, we will
gladly exchange your charm, or issue you a full refund less the original shipping
charge. Refunds and exchanges will be accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase.
All exchanges and refunds will be issued once the charm is returned.
Zoppini and Chamilia offer a 6 month guarantee on their jewelry. Provided we can
verify the jewelry was purchased from Charming Collections, we will exchange a defective
item for the same item within 6 months of the purchase date.

Alternatively, you can mail the item back to us with a note including your name,
address and phone number and the action you would like taken and we will process
your return. PLEASE NOTE: We are not responsible for lost returns, so when mailing
your return, please use a padded envelope or box to ensure its safe arrival. Standard
envelopes containing jewelry tend to get ripped open by post office machinery and
the jewelry is lost.
Gift Card Promotions
A minimum purchase is required for our "Target Gift Card with Order" promotion (every
$100 earns $10 card, and every $200 earns a $25 card). If the value of the Gift
Card order is reduced below the minimum purchase amount due to returned items, the
dollar value of the gift card will be deducted from your return credit. Alternatively,
the Gift Card can be returned, and your full purchase price of the returned items
will be credited to you.
