How do I choose the right size bracelet?
Measure your wrist using a ribbon or string and then measure the string with a ruler. You can also use a flexible measuring tape.
To determine your bracelet size, add approximately one inch to your wrist measurement to accommodate the beads you will be adding.
If you are giving a gift and are unable to get a wrist measurement, you can use the chart below as a guide.
Small Wrist
- 6.7” = Petite/Child
- 7.1” = Very Small
- 7.5” = Small to Medium
Medium Wrist
- 7.9” = Medium to Large Large Wrist
- 8.3” = Large to X-Large
- 8.7” = X-Large
- 9.1” and 9.5” = X-Large to XX-Large\
What is the purpose of locks?
The locks secure your design so that the beads only slide where you desire across the bracelet. Unlike Pandora locks, Chamilia locks can be placed ANYWHERE on the bracelet.
The center of the lock is silicone which allows the lock to secure to the bracelet.
Safety chains are similar to locks. They provide an added layer of security and ensure that beads stay in place and the bracelet stays on the wrist. Unlike locks, safety chains do not have a silicone center.
What is the purpose of spacers?
Spacers are smaller than a bead and provide visual interest with patterns and size variation. They also add depth, variety and help space beads to highlight their differences.
What are the beads made of?
Chamilia offers 600+ beads in Italian Murano glass, colored stones, Swarovski Crystals, 14k gold and .925 sterling silver. Each bead is solid with no plating.
Chamilia bead enamel is hand-applied by a jewelry artisan.
The Murano glass beads are hand-crafted from premium Murano glass imported from Italy. No two beads are exactly alike and each is a work of art.
How do I care for my jewelry?
Chamilia’s silver and gold beads are treated to resist tarnishing, but sometimes they need a quick touch-up. To do so, we recommend only using a jewelry polishing cloth. Do not use liquid silver polish as it removes the oxidization from the beads and bracelets. It is recommended that you remove your jewelry before entering hot tubs or pools as exposure to harsh chemicals can alter the appearance of your Chamiia product.
Are Chamilia charms compatible with other bracelets?
PANDORA
Chamilia and Pandora beads are interchangeable.
TROLL
Chamilia beads will fit onto Troll bracelets, but Troll beads will NOT fit on Chamilia bracelets. This is because Troll bracelets do not have the screw feature of the Chamilia brand and are usually fractionally smaller in diameter.
OTHERS
Chamilia beads will fit the Bacio, Silverado & Biagi bracelets.
Does Chamilia guarantee their product?
Chamilia stands behind the quality of their products and offers a product warranty for defects in materials and workmanship for up to 12 months from the date of purchase. The warranty will not apply to any product if the care recommendations are not followed.
What are your delivery methods?
All items are shipped by the U.S. Postal Service out of Cleveland, Ohio and include delivery confirmation. Free Shipping is offered for all First Class Delivery options. For an additional fee, you can expedite the delivery time of your order by selecting Priority Mail ($4.75) or Express Mail ($17.00) services. Once shipped, Priority Mail usually takes 2-3 days to arrive. However, this is not a guaranteed timeframe by the Post Office. Express Mail is guaranteed to arrive in 1 day to the majority of US locations, and in 2 days to some remote locations. Can I return my purchase if I don’t like it?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your order for any reason, we will gladly exchange it, or issue you a full refund less the original shipping charge. Refunds and exchanges will be accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase. All exchanges and refunds will be issued once the item is returned.

Five ways to wear the drop-chain necklace
Now your customers can choose between a 36" or 42" drop-chain necklace and enjoy
the versatility of five different looks. The five looks are pictured left to right.
TRADITIONAL For a traditional drop chain, simply slide the beads over both ends of the chain and drop them to the hanging pendant.
BOLERO For a Bolero style, slide beads up to about the middle of the necklace, place a lock at the bottom of the beads to hold in place.
HANGING CHOKER For a hanging choker style, slide beads onto the chain, place each end of the necklace around the back of the neck, then pull the beaded end through the loop of the opposite end.
SHORT NECKLACE To create a short necklace, slide beads onto the chain as if you were creating a traditional necklace. Drape the necklace around the back of the neck, and then slide half of the beads to each side. Pull only the pendant through the loop on the other end to secure it around the neck.
SHORT CHOKER To create a short choker, follow the short necklace instructions, but instead of looping the pendant to the other end, slide the pendant all the way through so the necklace fits close to the neck.
